Mon, Wed & Friday - 12:15PM to 12:45PM – Yoga for Strength
Saturday - 9:15AM to 10:00AM - Hatha Yoga
There are many forms of Yoga with different names. In the United States, there are many forms of Yoga with the same names that can have different meanings. All classes at Yoga Zion Studios focus on proper breathing. We focus on breathing while moving into and out of each pose and while holding them. We teach ourselves to discipline our minds to be in the moment, and teach our minds and bodies to work together in harmony.
Hatha Yoga: These classes will be taught in a variety of ways. In general, the classes will focus on breathing, being positive, relaxing, and gaining confidence and great health. Movement thru the poses will be slow and gentle. The poses will be held for anywhere between 2 or 3 and as many as 8 breaths. The poses are designed for beginners as well as the more knowledgeable Yoga students. The evening classes will focus more on relaxation.
Yoga for Strength: This class will focus on strengthen the body, mind and spirit. After a brief warm-up, the class will move into poses designed to strengthen the body and challenge the mind and spirit. Poses will be held for 2 to 4 breaths. The class will end with meditations / visualizations designed to help the participants to see themselves as strong, confident and healthy. This class is designed for the more advanced Yoga student. If you are looking for a"work-out," this is the class for you!
Saturday Morning Yoga: This class will focus on breathing and relaxing, allowing the students to ease into the poses gently. The poses will be very simple and very basic. This class is designed for beginners and for those with limited mobility and strength. Students will gain more flexibility, movement, strength, well-being and confidence.

Zumba Fitness Dance Class: Ditch the work-out and join the party! Latin-inspired dance with fitness. Burn 500 to 800 calories while having dance fun! Taught by Robin Flores. (AAAI/ISMA certified)
Zumba Gold: For the active seniors and beginners that want a low impact fitness. Take the Zumba formula and modifies to suit the needs of active older participants. A dance class that feels friendly and fun! Taught by Robin Flores. (AAAI/ISMA certified)
Belly Dance Fitness Class: Hippest form of heart pumping exercise! Non-impact, weight-bearing exercise. Learn isolation and other Belly Dance moves. An awesome core work-out with fun music! Belly Dance is for every belly! Taught by Robin Flores. (AAAI/ISMA certified)
Class Prices:
No membership!!! No monthly, annual or additional fees of any kind!!!
Yoga Class Prices:
Single classes (drop in) - $6 per class
Multiple-class prices - $20 - four (4) classes
$40 - eight (8) classes
$60 - twelve (12) classes
$95 - twenty (20) classes
All other classes are just $5 per class!!
